| Ski Trip to Grand Geneva Resort on March 4, 2006: |
- More than 50 people enjoyed the entire day of SKI at Lake Geneva SKI resort. Thanks to Tejas and Vipul for coordinating this event. The entire day was meticulously planned from Dunkin Donuts for breakfast to Pizzas for Lunch followed by dinner at Spaghetti Warehouse.

| Car Washing event on August
21, 2005: |
- Car Washing event by Pathshala Students was organised for raising
funds for the Temple expansion project. It was successfully coordinated
by enthusiastic JYFC members who constantly motivated the young
children making them feel an integral part of the Temple expansion
team.

| Beach Volleyball and Dinner party on August
13, 2005: |
- North Avenue Beach Volley ball and Pizza Dinner Party was successfully
coordinated by Vipul T Shah and Nirav Shah with more than 40 participating
players.

| Procession and Brick laying ceremony on Jul 17, 2005: |
- After the lecture by Jain scholar and Mumukshu, Shree Rakeshbhai
Zaveri, JYFC helped in coordinating the huge procession including
the Pathshala students, the band and the gents and ladies members
of JSMC.
- The brick laying ceremony soon followed involving all the 7
levels of Pathshala students. Inspite of the scorching heat the
JYFC members stood in the excavation helping each and every student
lay the brick.

| JYFC collaborated with JSMC for Temple expansion
Project Apr, 2005: |
- JYFC stepped forward in helping with the grand Temple expansion
project (additional 1100 sq ft) and had its first kick off meeting
with the JSMC committee in April 2005.
- The members gave their valuable suggestions in raising funds
for this huge project like distributing piggy banks amongst the
Pathshala students.
- Thanks to the piggy bank suggestion to Tejas Shah.

| SKI Trip to Wilmot Mountain Feb 19, 2005: |
- As always we had a good participation from 50+ people enjoying
all day of fun and Ski. Event started with breakfast at Dunkin
donuts and then everybody headed to SKI at Wilmot Mountain in
illinois/wisconsin border. Participants enjoyed Desi lunch food.
After all day of SKI, we all gathered at Pizza Hut for Dinner.
Everybody is looking forward for next SKI trip

| New Year Get together on Jan 8, 2005: |
- JYFC members got together to celebrate New Year and meet with
each other. It was lot of fun seeing other members along with
their family after a long gap. We enjoyed fun and creative games
organized by Megha and Jignesh. The event was held at Vipul's
home.

| JSMC MELA JUNE 6, 2003: |
- An all day of fun, picnic, games, food, 4 hour of cultural programs,
medical camp, Mehndi, 100+ Vendor Stalls, Arts fair was organized
at Jain Temple premises. More than 1700 people participated in
this event. More than 120 volunteers helped make this event a
grand success. Hard work of all volunteers saved more more than
$8000 for Jain temple. This was in addition to $5000 approved
budget not used. This showed the great team work of all the members
and other volunteers.

| Quiet Hallway and Reduce Food Waste during Mahaveer
Jayanti Day: |
- We were successful in keeping the hallway quiet and clean during
the celebration of Mahaveer Jayanti. The hallway was kept quiet
during declamation contest so the people can listen to different
speeches and others can do puja in the temple.
- The JYFC organized and implemented a Reducing Food Waste and
Recycling plan at the temple during Mahaveer Jayanti celebration.

| Planting Flowers Outside the Temple: |
- We planted tulips along the entrance of the temple. Pradipbhai
purchased the tulips and the JYFC enjoyed a sunny Sunday planting
these tulips in early August. We plan to do this again next year
at a larger scale.

| Reduce Food Waste and Recycle during swamivatsalya
at temple: |
- The JYFC organized and implemented a Reducing Food Waste and
Recycling plan at the temple during Paryushan in August. Many
JYFC members assisted on Saturday and Sunday to raise awareness
regarding food wastage and recycling. The event was very successful
and will be continued at future swamivatsalyas.

| Milwaukee Jain Temple Trip: |
- About 11 JYFC members carpooled to the newly opened Jain Temple
in Milwaukee. The youth of of the Milwaukee Jain temple met us
at the temple to give us a tour of both the Jain temple and the
Hindu temple next door. Afterwards we had lunch in downtown Milwaukee
and checked out the Milwaukee Art Museum.

| Raised about $2200 for September 11th

- JYFC members collected money from families attending the Jain
temple for Patshala classes on Sunday, October 14th. The young
children also wrote letters to the President and families of the
attack victims.

| Diwali Potluck for JYFC members and family Nov 10,
2002: |
- JYFC had it’s first Diwali party on Saturday, November 10th
at the home of Heena Shah. About 35 JYFC members attended the
event. Everyone cooked their specialties and we enjoyed a festive
evening of eating, mingling and playing games.

- JYFC had it’s first New Year party on Saturday, Jan. 12, 2002
at the home of Sunil Kumar Jain. About 22 JYFC members attended

evening of eating, mingling and playing games.
